Position: HR / Admin Executive
Job Description

We are looking for an HR / Admin Executive to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resource Department. Individual will be responsible for talent acquisition, on-boarding, employee engagement, grievance handling, team coordination, and day to day administration activities. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions.

When you are working with us, you will be:

Responsible for Talent Acquisition, & onboarding process as per SOPs which includes shortlisting, scheduling, conducting interviews etc.
Responsible to prepare and publish job ads as per the requirement of positions on various platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals and groups.
Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts, attendance and leaves requests management.
Updating internal databases with the new hire information.
Creating and providing guidelines for company’s policies and preparing letters.
Preparing reports and presentations on HR-related metrics of Training, Recruitment and performance management
Assistance in scheduling trainings and preparing training arrangements.
Responsible to support in HR operational activities as well as manage day to day administrative responsibilities which includes greetings candidates, answering phone calls, arranging meetings, vendors management ordering supplies and writing emails.
You can get in, if you can prove that you:

Have 1 to 3 years of experience as an HR & Admin Executive.
Have experience in Talent Acquisition and other HR Functions.
Have exposure in trainings, employee engagement, and performance management will be a great plus.
Have organizational skills, and strong networking skills.
Have good verbal and written communication skills.
Have a bachelor’s in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
