Job Description


Monitoring utility expenses of head office and branches
Prepare monthly expense report of repair & maintenance budget utilization and petty cash
Devise a monthly meal plan of the head office mess facility and providing the required resources
Implementation of administrative SOPs for efficient working
Supervision of janitorial staff at the head office
Assist the Non-Management staff in monthly attendance queries in the attendance portal
