The incumbent will be responsible to manage the operations of Management Development Centre, support T & OD Manager to implement organizational learning, training and development strategies, as identified through Training Needs Analysis and Talent Development Plans.
Furthermore, the Lead MDC will be assisting management in enhancing current training solutions while bringing in new & innovative individual development initiatives, according to the business needs of the organization. The incumbent will also be leading the initiative of implementing Success Factors' LMS.
REQUIREMENTS: MBA, MHRM, MPA
EXPERIENCE: 7-10 YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
IN LEARNING, TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
IN A MEDIUM TO LARGE SCALE ORGANIZATION
WITH A PROVEN ABILITY TO DEVELOP AND
IMPLEMENT LEARNING & TRAINING PROGRAMS,
