Position: Assistant Manager Accounts
Job Description


Accounts & Finance:
Preparation of monthly management accounts i.e., Profit & loss account till 5th of each month.
To liaison with Tax Department – LHE for sales tax invoicing and Posting of revenue after verification.
Compiling expenses of all the projects & KHI office, verification and further submission to LHE Accounts Department.
Maintaining fixed assets register pertains to KHI office and project sites.
To prepare debtors and creditors ageing analysis and reconciling the debtor’s & creditors balances on monthly basis with the customers/vendors.
To get, verified and approved creditors / subcontractors bills / invoice to Lahore in timely manner.
To keep the memorandum record, reconciliation of intercompany accruals and invoices received and liaison with LHE accounts department.
Bank dealings and monthly bank reconciliation statement for KHI region.
To deal with bankers in order to get approval for foreign remittance.
To handle routine cash for day to day transactions.

To ensure Tax compliance on payments e.g. Salaries & Vendors.
To ensure sales Tax/VAT compliance and to deal with clients and SRB.
Dealing with Tax Consultants tax matters in Karachi.

Credit Controlling:
To ensure timely recovery of debt from customers i.e., within 45-60 days from the date of invoice, follow the company recovery policy strictly.
To have regular meetings with operations / sales on recovery and notify them as well as head office for any irrecoverable debt or doubtful debts.
To visit clients for collection.
To engage legal advisor in case of any customer not willing to pay.
To recover Tax Challans from customers.
